JP Bids MCP は、中小企業庁 官公需情報ポータルサイト（KKJ）の公開データを Model Context Protocol（MCP）経由で検索・分析するサーバーです。スグクル株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営します。
JP Bids MCP is a server that searches and analyzes public data from the SME Agency's Government Procurement Portal (KKJ) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), operated by Sugukuru Inc.

By using this service, you agree to these terms.
The service provides read-only search, AI-powered scoring and requirement extraction, and data export in CSV/JSON/ICS formats.

入札データは中小企業庁 官公需情報ポータルサイトの検索APIから取得しています。データの正確性・完全性は元データに依存します。
Bid data is sourced from the SME Agency KKJ search API. Accuracy and completeness depend on the upstream data source.

本規約は日本法に準拠し、鹿児島地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kagoshima District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
